Are you sure God gave you that money for your school and your needs? I'm pretty sure God gave that to you so that you could bless someone else with it. I think he's telling you to send that money to the tsunami victims. Sorry.
Here is a tip (um I mean spiritual exercise): The best way to have God give money is to drop hints around people about how poor you are. Then when "God" speaks to them regarding the need they will respond and everyone will declare that God provided. (Which of course He did- thanks to a little help from dropped hints.) We all need a helping hand!
